“Looking back and wondering if it could have worked eventually hurts more than trying and failing.” ― Dominic Riccitello
This is the traditional approach to counselling (without the reclining couch!) where you meet in a room with a counsellor to discuss your concerns and gain support.
The advantage of face to face counselling is that the therapist can observe body language as well as focus on the words you use. Slight sighs or pauses are easily picked up and help identify the source of emotional difficulty.
On-line counselling encompasses a number of different approaches. I offer video and audio only. This enables me to offer the benefits of both telephone and face-to-face counselling. This enables you to have access anywhere in the world (although I am not able to work with clients in the USA or Canada) and also removes many access and transport challenges. I have worked with clients in Asia, Africa and the Middle East as well as within Europe. I use Zoom (which is like Skype but more secure).
