If you have relationship issues individually, as a couple or as a family then I can help you understand and resolve them in a calm, reflective non-judgemental environment.
I believe that most of the emotional pain and anxiety we experience can stem from present or past relationship issues. Whether you are struggling to communicate with your partner, dealing with the impact of an affair and/or betrayal, contemplating separation or divorce or just struggling with general family issues, I can help you work through these difficulties.
My role is to provide you with the space to be yourself and time to explore the emotional challenges you face. I aim to build a relationship based on respect and acceptance, that enables you to work out the relevant options for you based on your circumstances. Whilst I use elements from a wide range of theories, I mainly base my work on blending Systemic theory (which focuses on interpersonal interactions) with Psychodynamic Theory (which focuses on inner thoughts and beliefs).
I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse client base and worked successfully with a wide range of issues such as communication problems, affairs, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, asperger’s syndrome and work related stress to name a few. Whether you are a single mum, a senior executive or a member of the LGBT community or indeed all three, you will receive my respect and acceptance as we collaboratively explore the challenges you face in non-judgmental environment.
