Individual Counselling

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” ― Jalaluddin Rumi

There are times when we find ourselves in a position we don’t know how to move forward from. We can feel anxious, upset, worried and want these feelings to go. However we may struggle to see options or alternatives and those we do see may not feel that appealing. Support from a therapist can help you work through these problems and give you space and time for you to find the most appropriate solution for you.

Taking the first step to seek help can be quite daunting but please be reassured that sessions are confidential and your therapist will not judge you or your situation. This is time just for you to look at the changes you want to make and be able to explore in confidence what options you may have.
